Hello my name is Emma and I am 7 years old.
Thank you for coming to my website because I want you to help me save the Endangered Animals that live in our world. 'Endangered' means that there aren't very many of them left, so we need to raise money to help Endangered Animals (like Tigers, Gorillas, Rhino's, Whales and Pandas) to live, because they may not be there anymore if we don't do something right now.
So I would like lots of children like you to help me raise money to save the Endangered Animals. If we can all raise some money then we can send that to the people who can spend it on making the animals safe. Last year, I sent all of my Christmas money to the animals. Because I think the animals need that money to help them, more than me having some more toys.
This picture is of me and my brother Sammy hiding under a galapagos tortoise shell. Sammy
is 4 years old. He loves animals as well, especially squirrels, so he is also going to raise lots of money.
In 2010 I raised over £500 for the Mountain Gorillas. There are less than 750 of them left in the
whole world and they need our help to keep them safe. The money will help the Mountain Gorillas a lot! If you want to read about the Gorillas and see some pictures, click here.
Now in 2011, I want to raise money to help save Tigers because they are in lots of dangerous places at the moment and need our help. I would be very happy and very proud if we could help save these beautiful Tigers. If you look at the bottom of this page, you will see a picture of a Tiger that I coloured in. If you click on it, it will let you download a bigger picture that you can put on your wall and if you want to colour in your own picture, click here. So that you can learn more about Tigers, there is a special Tiger factsheet with lots of information on it - and some great pictures! You can find it on the special Tigers page here.
After learning words last time, this time I am going to learn numbers to raise money to send to the Tigers. This year I am going to learn my all of Tiger Times Tables from 1 to 12. So I have to learn one Tiger Times Table a month for the whole year if I'm going to be successful. You can download your own Tiger Times Table here.
My favourite thing on this website is a special place called 'Animals Jungle'. There are lots of fun things to do in there, so I hope you will go and have a look.
This year I was really proud to be elected to the eco council at my school. This is where
we work out how we can save the planet that we share with all the endangered animals.
There are lots of things that we can do and our school has already earned the silver
award for eco schools. If you care about saving endangered animals, this is another way
you can help by getting involved or setting up your own school eco council.

So I hope you like my website and I hope that you want to help me save the Endangered
Animals around the world.
